On our tours, we will stay at quality accommodations that combine traditional architecture and authentic Berber hospitality with modern services and facilities. We are guided by the feedback from our guests.
These are charming accommodations, clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but simpler and cheaper than luxury.
These accommodations offer all possible comforts and services for those with a higher budget.
The riads are traditional Moroccan houses built around an inner garden and courtyard. They are peaceful and a wonderful place for guests to relax and take refuge from the sun. Riads are located in the oldest part of the cities and offer small rooms with a private bath. The riads are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and offer a truly personal service and an intimate atmosphere in the heart of Moroccan culture.
Accommodation in the desert is in a bivouac, a traditional nomadic camp. The tents are made of camel wool, the perfect material for the Sahara desert. The thick wool offers protection from the heat of the sun, and when it rains, the wool expands, producing an impermeable material. Basic tent accommodation is without in-tent facilities, but luxury tents are available.
Outside the big cities, we stay in traditional hotels. The hotels offer authentic Moroccan guest rooms. In the most remote areas, facilities such as air conditioning and plumbing may not be as reliable as in more developed areas, but genuine Berber hospitality will make your stay comfortable.
We will drive in a comfortable 4-wheel-drive Prado Land Cruiser or a comfortable mini-van.
